Shipping

We ship from Italy with tracked courier across the European Union. Times and costs are confirmed in the order confirmation. Couriers: BRT, Poste, UPS; average 2–7 working days in the EU.

Pre-order parts

For pre-order parts we confirm lead times before payment.

Right of withdrawal and returns

EU consumers (B2C) have a right of withdrawal within 14 days, except where the law allows (e.g. made-to-order/custom parts). For returns: the part must be intact and not fitted, in original packaging; return shipping at customer’s expense; refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
