Data controller

The data controller is GS SERVICE SRL, 〔address〕, VAT 〔IT...〕, email info@aurorautoparts.com.

What data we collect

When you send an order request we collect: name, email, phone, address, optional VAT/Tax ID, vehicle data (model, year, chassis/VIN) and any notes you enter. The cart is stored only in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data only to handle your request/order and contact you (pre-contractual and contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR) and for tax obligations (art. 6.1.c).

Retention and third parties

We keep data as long as needed to handle the order and for legal obligations 〔e.g. 10 years for tax records〕. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Data may be processed only by necessary providers (e.g. courier) to fulfil the order.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Write to info@aurorautoparts.com.
